Your role
As our Head of Inovexus Club, your mission will be to grow, engage and energize the most vibrant startup investors in Europe.
Your main goal? Help Inovexus reach 5,000+ active investor members by the end of 2026, and turn that community into a key strategic growth engine, not just in numbers, but in engagement, reach and real impact!
This is a senior high-impact role, where community strategy meets brand leadership and personal influence. You’ll operate at the crossroads of visibility, credibility, and execution, activating a dynamic network of investors to make Inovexus an unmissable destination in the early-stage venture ecosystem.
What you're up to with us
You’ll take the lead on scaling our international investor community:
Who we're looking for
Experience: Several years in community management, ecosystem development and/or brand/marketing roles in fast-paced environments (startup, accelerator, VC, media, etc.)
Venture fluency: You understand how founders raise, scale, pitch, and grow, and can speak their language
Influence & visibility: You're comfortable being the face of a brand, posting online, hosting events, and owning attention
Ecosystem-savvy: You have a strong network and know how to build new ones both online and offline
Energy & execution: You’re a doer with a strategic brain and creative energy, able to mix long-term thinking with scrappy action
Tools: Comfortable with Notion, Slack, LinkedIn, Airtable, Webflow, CRM tools, etc.
